Is your e-mail address on our mailing list because you are (have been) a customer, and do you no longer want this?
No problem. There is an unsubscribe option at the bottom of the mailing. No reason is needed for this. Through the above e-mail address, we will personally inform you of developments within our organisation and our product range.
Customers, suppliers and other clients
Collection and use of personal data from customers, suppliers and other contractors We would like to inform our customers, suppliers and other clients that personal data provided to us is collected and used because it is necessary to conclude and perform any agreement with your organisation. This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.
If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we will use your details to send you an offer, to determine what specifications or wishes a particular good or service should meet, to be able to deliver goods or carry out work for you, to invoice you and to be able to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. In the case of purchasing, this is necessary in order to be able to inform you of what specifications or wishes we feel a particular a good or service should meet, to be able to send a request for a quotation or place an order, to be able to pay invoices and to be able to communicate smoothly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.
No one is obliged to provide personal data to us. However, if you decide not to provide us with this data, however, we may not be able to carry out the aforementioned work.
Transfer to third parties. In connection with the performance of any agreement, we may have to provide your personal data to parties that supply parts, materials and products to us or carry out work on our behalf. We also use external server space to store (parts of) our sales and purchasing records, of which your personal data is a part. For this reason, your personal data will be provided to the provider of this server space. Lastly, because we use a newsletter mailing service, your personal data will be passed on to the provider of this service.
Direct marketing. If you order from us regularly, we will retain and use the provided personal data in order to inform you personally by e-mail of our existing and new products and services in the future and, optionally, to make you an offer for these. We have a legitimate interest in using your personal data for this purpose, namely to market our products and services. Every time we send you an advertising e-mail, there is the opportunity to let us know that you no longer wish to receive them. See the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every mailing for this.
Personal data retention period
If you have requested a quote from us but have not become a customer with us, we will, delete the personal data upon request. Even if we have received an offer from you, but we have not become a customer, we will delete the personal data upon request. If you have become our customer or if we have become your customer, we will retain the provided personal data for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement has been fully executed. The period of seven years corresponds to the period during which we are obliged to keep our records for the Tax and Customs Administration. After this period, if requested, we will delete the personal data.
