Spheretex GmbH

Spheretex GmbH in Neuss has been engaged in the development and production of laminable and injectable core materials for various types of composite applications for more than 25 years. The focus is on materials that are easy to use, ensuring efficient processing of lightweight and durable FRP parts.

The core materials developed by Spheretex GmbH often consist of a combination of a reinforcement material or a core material with a flow medium. As a result, these core materials are easy to use and processes can often be designed more efficiently as fewer layers need to be inserted.

At Romar-Voss Composites, together with Spheretex GmbH, veil-based core products from Sphere.core have been included in the range. Sphere.core are easily drapable core materials, which, depending on the type, are made of a combination of fine glass or polyester yarns with lightweight micro fillers.
