LG700 (with B component) is an injection epoxy resin with an additive that ensures proper impregnation of the fibres during the injection process. By properly post-curing at higher temperatures, high heat resistance (HDT) and excellent mechanical properties can be achieved. Five different hardeners are available for the LG700 epoxy resin. These hardeners have the same mixing ratio compared to the A-component, but all provide a different processing time (from 20 to 180 minutes).
Application
This injection epoxy resin is suitable for vacuum infusion techniques. This epoxy resin is used to make structural fibre-reinforced products. This resin combines well with glass fabric, carbon fabric and aramid fabric.
