These pigments are used for colouring both epoxy and polyester gelcoats, topcoats and resins. Instint pigments are used to create opaque colours. According to the INEOS Instint colour range, around 750 instint pigments are available; special colours are therefore available on request.
Application
The instint pigments can be used for colouring all epoxy and polyester systems. Depending on the colour, between 5% to 20% pigment should be added to the gelcoat or topcoat. To colour a resin, between 1% and 5% pigment should be added, depending on the colour.
