Flexyfoam is a closed-cell PVC foam with high dimensional stability and good chemical resistance for making composite sandwich structures. This PVC foam is available in various designs:
Flat panel (plain)
Slotted
Punched
Flex
Scrim
Combined finishes
Specific finishes are shown in the technical data sheet (TDS). Besides the standard A-grade Flexyfoam panels (type M), an industrial grade (type L) is also available, where the panel is composed of strips welded together.
Application
Flexyfoam is typically used in the marine sector, in the transport industry, in construction applications and within the leisure and infrastructure categories. Flexyfoam can be processed by hand lay-up, infusion and RTM techniques.

Flexyfoam is supplied per box. The amount of panels per box depends on the thickness of the panels. Each Flexyfoam panel has its own density along with its own size.
