Polyester mould recovery systems

When using a mould frequently, it is important to maintain it properly. This prevents defects and unevenness in the finished products. Polyester mould repair systems are used to maintain polyester moulds. Romar-Voss Composites offers the following polyester mould recovery systems.

TR-301

  • Mixture with high carnauba wax content

  • Seals the surface of small imperfections and porosity

  • Improves shine

  • Helps to condition new or repaired moulds

  • Use-friendly with high water content

TR-502

  • When burdened by wax build-up, restores gloss on fibreglass or composite moulds by reducing part of the wax layer

  • Does not break the original sealing properties of the mould

  • Suitable for high production cycles resulting in less downtime of the mould

  • Reduced styrene accumulation with regular use
