Semi-permanent liquid release agent systems
Moulds are used to make products based on a polyester or epoxy resin. A resin typically sticks to the mould. To ensure that the product can be properly removed from the mould, a release agent is applied to the mould surface. A semi-permanent release agent system has very high temperature resistance and allows a large number of releases per treatment.
TR-905
Fast evaporation with excellent cleaning power
Removes residues after polishing
Effective on polyester epoxy and metal moulds
Does not reduce gloss on the mould surface
Improves adhesion of sealer/release to the mould
Helps remove moisture after cleaning with water
TR-910
Excellent high-temperature properties (thermally stable up to 400°C)
Protects against styrene exposure and maximises the performance of the 900 release agent series
Seals microporosity
High gloss finish
Minimal build-up
Can be combined with most release agents
TR-900
Excellent high-temperature properties (thermally stable up to 400°C)
Multiple discharges per treatment (more discharges possible than with TR-920)
Quick curing accelerates the production cycle
No transfer from release agent to product
High gloss finish
Easy to set over old TR 900 layer without wax build-up
TR-920
Excellent properties at high temperatures (thermally stable up to 480°C)
Multiple releases per treatment
Fast curing speed accelerates the production cycle
No transfer from release agent to product
High gloss finish
Easy to set over old TR 920 coat without wax build-up
