Semi-permanent liquid release agent systems

Moulds are used to make products based on a polyester or epoxy resin. A resin typically sticks to the mould. To ensure that the product can be properly removed from the mould, a release agent is applied to the mould surface. A semi-permanent release agent system has very high temperature resistance and allows a large number of releases per treatment.

TR-905

  • Fast evaporation with excellent cleaning power

  • Removes residues after polishing

  • Effective on polyester epoxy and metal moulds

  • Does not reduce gloss on the mould surface

  • Improves adhesion of sealer/release to the mould

  • Helps remove moisture after cleaning with water

TR-910

  • Excellent high-temperature properties (thermally stable up to 400°C)

  • Protects against styrene exposure and maximises the performance of the 900 release agent series

  • Seals microporosity

  • High gloss finish

  • Minimal build-up

  • Can be combined with most release agents

TR-900

  • Excellent high-temperature properties (thermally stable up to 400°C)

  • Multiple discharges per treatment (more discharges possible than with TR-920)

  • Quick curing accelerates the production cycle

  • No transfer from release agent to product

  • High gloss finish

  • Easy to set over old TR 900 layer without wax build-up

TR-920

  • Excellent properties at high temperatures (thermally stable up to 480°C)

  • Multiple releases per treatment

  • Fast curing speed accelerates the production cycle

  • No transfer from release agent to product

  • High gloss finish

  • Easy to set over old TR 920 coat without wax build-up
