Polyester resin Azur is a polyester resin with reduced styrene emissions. This resin is thixotropic and pre-accelerated. A remarkable feature of this polyester resin is the combination of a long processing time and a faster average curing time. Polyester resin Azur has a short demoulding time and provides sufficient time for edge trimming. Azur impregnates glass mat/glass fabric quickly and is suitable for laminates from 2 to 5 mm wet-on-wet.
Application
This polyester resin can be used in bodywork, containers, mouldings and boat building, among others. Can be processed by hand lay-up and spray-up techniques.
