Polyurethane foams

Romar-Voss Composites' product range includes polyurethane foams in soft flexible and hard versions (in multiple densities). Depending on the type, these foams can be used as thermal and sound insulation, among other things, but also as floatation devices. Two-component foams, unlike single-component foams, can also be used to fill hollow spaces sealed from the air.

  • Core density: 450 kg/m3

  • Suitable for making insulating foam and floatation devices

Structural foam H 101

  • Expansion: 8 - 10 x

  • Core density: 100 kg/m3

  • Suitable for making form-tight outer skins under pressure

PUR foam H 450

  • Expansion: 2 - 2.2 x

  • Core density: 450 kg/m3

  • Long reaction time

  • Nailable & screwable

  • Suitable for making hard foam bodies and fillings (orthopaedics)
