Derakane Momentum 411-350 is a standard epoxy vinyl ester resin. This vinyl ester resin is formulated from a Bisphenol A epoxy resin and is resistant to many acids, alkalis, bleaches and solvents regularly used in many chemical process applications. The resin offers good toughness and fatigue resistance.
Application
The resin is highly suitable for FRP tanks, among others, and can be applied by filament winding and pultrusion techniques.
The vinyl ester resin Derakane Momentum 411-350 is also available in a conductive version on request. This resin features nano technology, where the conductivity of the resin is below 1 MΩ.
