Polyester putties

Polyester putties are highly filled, highly sandable, BPO-catalysed fast-curing polyester systems with excellent adhesion to polyester, wood and (depending on the putty type) various metal substrates. These putties are used in various industries such as the car body repair industry and polyester industry. In addition, they are used by carpentry and painting companies, among others.

N.B. Putties can also be produced on request in sufficient quantities.

  • Grey

  • Easy to sand

  • Dries reasonably quickly

  • For filling unevenness and pinholes

  • Good adhesion to steel, GRP & wood

  • Processing time (20°C): approx. 30 minutes

VulPlamuur RV

  • Light grey

  • Easily sandable

  • Extra thixotropic

  • Dries quickly

  • For filling deep dents on horizontal and vertical surfaces

  • Good adhesion to on iron steel, wood & GRP

  • Processing time (20°C): approx. 4 - 5 minutes

Fibre putty V11

  • Brown/yellow

  • Fibreglass-filled

  • Extra thixotropic

  • Good filling capacity

  • Must be finished with other putty due to sticky surface

  • Good adhesion to steel, GRP, wood & stone

  • Processing time (20°C): approx. 4 - 10 minutes (depending on layer thickness)
