In addition to standard carbon fabrics, carbon multiaxial fabrics, carbon UD tapes and carbon balanced tapes, special carbon fabrics are also available from Romar-Voss Composites. These include aesthetic fabrics, fabrics with specific functions or fabrics in non-standard sizes.

Carbon is characterised by providing high stiffness, tensile strength and compressive strength at low weight. In addition, carbon provides slight expansion when heated and is electrically conductive. Romar-Voss Composites' product range includes the following special carbon fabrics:

  • High Visual Quality: aesthetic carbon fabrics

  • Dynofabrics: a flat fabric with large block pattern (15, 20 & 25 mm)

  • Dynanotex: spread UD carbon (25 - 300 g/m²)

  • Innovative tex: carbon/metal fabrics including copper, brass, gold & silver wires

  • Adefix: fabrics with an adhesive side for vacuum infusion techniques

  • Webs: all fabrics can be provided with a stabilising web to prevent thread slippage (WF1 = 6 g/m²)

  • Fabrics in special widths
