Gitter gewebe, also called mesh fabric, is an open glass fabric composed of glass yarn and direct roving. This composition features a special alkali-resistant coating. Romar-Voss Composites' product range includes the mesh fabric as standard in a 155 g/m² version, with a mesh size of 6*6 mm. Other versions are available on request.
Application
Due to the special alkali-resistant coating, gitter gewebe can be used as reinforcing material in plaster and concrete. It helps prevent tearing.
