Composite materials for swimming pools

Composite materials are often used to produce a swimming pool. A composite pool is seamless and has a luxurious appearance. In addition, you can use composite materials to create smooth walls and a smooth bottom. Gel and topcoats are recommended for pool building, where it is very important that the products have high hydrolysis and UV-resistance.

Specific gel- and topcoats have been developed for this sector, incorporating colour pigments with high chlorine resistance. The surface quality then remains high and the colour remains beautiful for a long time under the influence of (heated) chlorinated water. Romar-Voss Floor Systems' product range includes the specific gelcoats Maxguard SW from INEOS Composites. These gelcoats are formulated based on ISO-NPG resins incorporating special pigments with high chlorine resistance.

The products below are among those suitable for swimming pool construction. Are you curious about our full range? Then click here for the complete product overview.
