Peroxan ME-50 LU 2 X is a mixture of Methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and Cumene hydroperoxide. This catalyst is used in combination with cobalt pre-accelerated polyester resins. The peroxide gives a lower peak exotherm (heat generation) making it suitable for curing thick laminates and casting compounds.
Application
Peroxan ME-50 LU 2 X can be used in vacuum injection, RTM & filament winding techniques and polymer concrete. Peroxan ME-50 LU 2 X is insoluble in water.
