Solid release agent waxes
Moulds are used to make products or objects based on a polyester or epoxy resin. A resin typically sticks to the mould. To ensure that the product can be properly removed from the mould, a release agent is applied to the mould surface. Solid release agent waxes are the most commonly used release agents in the polyester composites industry. Such a release wax provides an even shine and is easy to use. The following release agent waxes are included in Romar-Voss Composites' product range.
TR-102
Can be applied without streaks

Can be applied without streaks
High temperature resistance
Easy to apply and remove
Less wax build-up and styrene accumulation
Applied where wet-on-wet thicker build-up laminates are processed and where higher temperatures are involved
Temperature resistance up to 107°C
TR-108
High content carnauba wax, excellent as first coat in new moulds
