Perforated release film

  • Polypropylene (PP)

  • Thickness: 25 µm

  • Suitable for processing at low temperatures

  • Temperature resistance: 120°C

Vacuum film FLM 120

  • Nylon/polyolefin co-extrusion

  • Thickness: 75 µm

  • Limited sensitivity to low moisture levels

  • Temperature resistance: 120°C

  • Available widths: 150 - 1200 cm

Vacuum film FLM 170

  • Nylon/polyolefin co-extrusion

  • Thickness: 50 µm

  • Suitable for oven and autoclave techniques

  • Temperature resistance: 170°C

  • Available widths: 240, 260 & 320 cm

Tubular film TBL 170

  • Nylon/polyeolefin co-extrusion

  • Half circumference: 8,6 - 220 cm

  • Available in self-releasing and non-self-releasing variants

  • Temperature resistance: 170°C

  • Available thicknesses: 50 & 75 μm

Self-releasing tubular film TBLAD 170

  • Nylon/polyeolefin co-extrusion

  • Half circumference: 8.6 - 80 cm

  • Self-releasing, making this film suitable for hollow spaces in oven and autoclave techniques.

  • Temperature resistance: 170°C

  • Available thicknesses: 70 μm

Bleeder

  • Non-woven polyester veil

  • 150 g/m²

  • Used as absorption veil in vacuum techniques

Tear-off fabric / Peelply

  • For creating a roughened surface to provide improved adhesion when bonding.

Compoflex

  • 48% PP combined with 52% HDPE

  • Easy lay-up with only one product.

  • Peelply, release liner and flow medium in one.

  • Is suitable for processing with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins, among others.

  • Temperature resistance: 200°C

Tacky tapes

  • Double-sided tape

  • High adhesive strength

  • For an airtight seal of vacuum film on mould or substrate

  • Temperature-resistant grey tape: 140°C

  • Temperature resistant yellow tape for autoclave techniques: 210°C

Spiral hose

  • HDPE

  • Ø 12 mm

  • For distributing injection resin during the vacuum process

PE hose

  • Polyethylene (PE)

  • Ø 10 mm

  • For distributing injection resin during the vacuum process

Vacuum connector

  • For connecting vacuum hoses during the vacuum process

  • Available in I, T & L variants

Vacuum tap

  • For closing the hose during the vacuum process

  • For opening and closing the resin supply
