Release agents

A release agent system is applied to a substrate to prevent the composite material from adhering to the surface. It usually uses substrates such as polyester and epoxy composite moulds, wood, metal and DD paint. Depending on the substrate, a particular type of release agent is chosen. Solid release agent waxes

Release agent waxes that provide release between fibre-reinforced products based on polyester, epoxy or polyurethane resins and the mould.

Liquid carnauba wax release agents

Release agent waxes that provide release of fibre-reinforced products from moulds with many details or difficult release.

Pasty release waxes

For demoulding polyester-, epoxy- or polyurethane-based products from moulds with difficult or porous substrates.

Sprayable release agents

For demoulding products with many details, making other release agent waxes difficult to use.

Semi-permanent liquid release agent systems

Release agent system with very high temperature resistance allowing a large number of releases per treatment.

Polyester mould recovery systems

Products for maintaining polyester moulds that restore gloss and seal the surface.
